One of the best hotels in Sapa. The room was overly huge. You can literally play around inside the room. We were 4 and the room can accommodate to even up to 10 pax. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel staff was very helpful and considerate.

10/10! our receptionist was very accommodating to our needs and the place was really great as it was just a walking distance to the plaza. the location is good for sightseeing as well overlooking the mountain and city areas. we are very satisfied with our stay here. will be staying here next time we visit sapa

The hotel itself is near the Sapa Station. We arrived at around 5 am and there was someone who assisted us. The staffs were very accommodating and kind. Breakfast was delicious (100/10)!! Our room (Family Suite) was cozy and really nice thus we were able to sleep well after a tiring day. The beds outside the masters were provided with bed heaters. We had a great stay. Thanks, Sapa Elegance!
