Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment it was perfect for our girls weekend away. Location was very central. We didn’t dine ant the restaurant but we heard from some locals that it is very good. Eat street was nice & close. Only thing I would say is the pool was a bit cold for use in winter. Expected a thermal pool but it was luke warm.

I paid $350 USD for one night, and it feels more like a motel than a hotel. I stayed in room 18 on the second floor, and there’s no elevator, so you have to carry your heavy luggage up the stairs. The carpet feels dirty, and at 12:00 am there’s a lot of noise coming from the bar next door—we can’t sleep. When I called reception, I was told to be patient. If you’re looking for a good night’s sleep after a long day, I’d recommend staying somewhere else. I believe the hotel should clearly disclose the nighttime noise, as they are well aware of the issue and I’m clearly not the first guest to complain. The hotel blamed the noise on a holiday evening—but it seems like a constant issue rather than a one-time occurrence.

Great fun

This hotel is a bit run down. The mattress on my bed was a bit uncomfortable as it seemed to be lower on the sides than in the middle - probably too old. I also caught a cold as the air conditioning blew directly on me as I slept. And I had a problem opening the safe in my room one day and it took the manager of the hotel some time to finally open it. On the positive side, the location is convenient to numerous restaurants. The pool is a nice amenity and if I was feeling better I would have spent more time by it with the other guests. And the staff was very pleasant.

Room was okay. Staff was lovely.The rooms aren’t well ventilated and a bit stuffy especially for sleeping. The location was convenient.
