The location is definitely one of the best things about this hotel! It’s within walking distance of many free tourist spots and very close to MTR stations, which made it so convenient for exploring Hong Kong. The room isn’t that big, but it was honestly okay and comfortable enough for my stay. Overall, a great and convenient place to stay!

Had a pleasant stay at Hotel Hart! The reception staff were really friendly and accommodating, especially the male receptionist who spoke English very well. We also appreciated that they let us leave our 3 luggages after checkout so we could still explore TST before our evening flight. They even lent us a travel adapter, which was really helpful. The location is very convenient—close to transportation, shops, malls, and lots of food options. Free drinking water on every floor was also a nice touch. The only downsides were the noise from the plumbing (you can hear faucets and showers quite clearly) and the busy nightlife around the hotel. Cleanliness could also be improved, especially the floors, although they did change our towels, make the bed, and replenish the toiletries. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and would give it 4/5. The friendly staff and convenient location definitely made up for the minor issues.
