Location excellent, the room was nice, but not great. A/C worked excellent. Didn't have shampoo or body wash in the shower, but were available for purchase for a cheap. No complimentary coffee or tea. I've stayed at the Louis Hamilton at Haeundae recently and was much better with complimentary items mentioned above and great breakfast for $6 add on. Staff at both excellent and very nice.

Solo stay

I had a nice visit to Busan. The hotel was very close to Gwangalli beach. The staff was very helpful, especially Jon. She was great. I had a comfortable sleep each night. No problems. I would stay again. Thank you for the hospitality.

Hotel is dated. They are using an environmental initiative where the only toiletries available are toilet paper. No issues with this but would be nice to communicate it in advance. I asked for interest fee installments on my credit card (which was confirmed at time of payment) but it hasn’t been applied and I’ve been changed for interest.

The hotel provides literally nothing. No soap for sink or shower, we feel lucky there was toilet paper in bathroom. Nobody came to make up the room ( we were there 3 nights). We used the rooms online system to request servicing but nothing happened. Would not stay there again - many other options in the neighborhood.

The information for this property is outdated. There is no “breakfast served daily”. No room service. No cafe-coffee shop. There is a Bingsoo and coffee shop that is not affiliated with the hotel. It doesn’t open until 10:00am and serves no food. The staff is particularly friendly or helpful. The rug needed cleaning. In room 1001 you have to turn sideways from either side of the bed to get to the bathroom. In room 1002 there is a single chair. Even though the price was below some other properties, I would not stay there again.
