The place is in a good area , close to the beach stores a restaurants . The room is a little dated , clean in the inside but the balcony was dirty you don’t even want to touch anything . A good view of diamond head on one side and all clutter when you look at your room windows . Staff were nice and check in was smooth .

The kitchen was great to have, minus 2 cockroaches! No scissors, can opener (soups, canned goods)etc…towels never smelt good. Could never get a good dish with the soap provided??? Having the big bottles of “HAWAII” brand for the shower &Sink was great! Front desk staff were very helpful when needed.

Room was not clean(lipstick on the wall, dusty surfaces, stains on carpet, etc.) We asked if we could get cleaning services, new sheets and they said our stay didn’t qualify-we were there 6 days. We tried using the phone in the room to call for service and no one ever answered.
