Stayed 1 night to see Juwangsan National park. booked a family room. Good bed medium firm, but all bed only got one soft pillow. FYI hotel no luggage storage.

I went to this hotel for a famous hot spring in this area. As it is an isolated hotel, you need own transportation, otherwise, you have to use a taxi.

Very clean and environmentally friendly; Not wasting too much and recycling voluntarily encouraged. Of course, sol saem hot spring is excellent and convenient and Unique. I left my coat inside room and they would send me it by a delivery service. Thank you for the service. We will recommend our family and friends.

This resort is very clean and newly opened compared to other locations. The staffs are very friendly and courteous. However, if you want to use the hot spring spar in the resort, you cannot wear swimming suit even if you have some scars on your body to be hidden. There is no prior explanation on this rules whether at website or guest guides in the room. They explained the hot spring is just public bath, not a spar. So be prepared to be naked at the hot spring without exception.
