The hotel has great facilities, including a restaurant, swimming pool, fitness center, billiards, and table tennis. The housekeeping staff are very kind, polite, and attentive to guests. However, there was one issue I noticed. The receptionists were not always polite. On some occasions, they spoke to me in a loud voice, which I found inappropriate and unprofessional. A hotel should provide a welcoming and respectful environment for its guests, not one that feels uncomfortable. I believe that when customers use a company’s services, the staff should be attentive, courteous, and communicate professionally at all times. Since this is a hotel facility, guests should be treated with respect and professionalism.

Good location away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Pool is well maintained. Room is okay, modern, but toilet needs improvement in cleanliness. Overall, our stay was great, definitely recommended.
