Cleanliness: The hotel room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. Everything, including the bathroom, bed, and common areas, was spotless, making the room feel very comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast: The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of dishes. I stayed for two days, and I was pleasantly surprised that the menu changed each morning, allowing me to enjoy different meals instead of the same selection. The food was fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day.

The location is relatively near to Bencoolen MRT and Dhoby Ghaut station. Nearby shopping malls also include Plaza Singapura, Bugis Junction, Bugis+, and also Suntec City within a 20 minutes walk range. Although the room is neither big nor small, the toilet however is quite cramp if there is more than one people in it, with no shower door available. We tried the type-C usb port near our bedstand, and it fell out, so were unable to charge with type-C usb cable. We were unable to swim in the outdoor swimming pool because by the time we went, it was already raining and thundering. The gym is also quite small with only 3 treadmills, 1 leg extension and 1 arm machine available (with duct tape and abit of rustiness). Overall, the experience was good for a short stay.

Highly recommended for families and tourists. This is a cosy and wholesome hotel with breakfast buffet and clean amenities provided. Location is also very convenient with direct bus 36 to the airport, 2 bus stops and 3 mrt lines at the hotel door step. There was also a bubble tea, convenience store and dimsum restaurant near the hotel that operated till midnight. National Museum of Singapore is within 5min walk and National Art Gallery is within 1 stop away via bus 124 or 174. The staff were also kind and helpful. We had a great time.

We enjoyed our overall stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, our room seemed to be suitef for someone with a disability. We would have preferred to stay in a room that had a shower and not a bath with a showerhead attached. Here are a few suggestions for improvement. 1. Bathroom: A screen could be added to prevent the water from splashing over on to the floor. a) The switch on the tap needs fixing 2. Lighting: The smoke detector light flashing was disturbing our sleep during the night. Could it be covered? Thanks for an overall good experience at 30 Bencoolen.
