Easy to find using maps. Just minutes away from Balsan station. Staff members were courteous. The room was clean. I loved the window designs. I was able to get the room well ventilated. The washer came in very handy too. However I need to mention the inconvenience of having to get up to turn on and off lights. The light switches were not within reach while in bed. Also there was no power outlet in the kitchenette area so water boiling had to be done next to the bed. In general I would recommend this place to anyone who would not mind taking the subway while traveling in Seoul.

The location is ideal as it is just minutes away from Balsan subway station on Line 5. If you are planning to take the subway to places of interest in the city center it is around 40-50 minutes starting from Balsan. I find it all right since I traveled non peak times and there were always seats available on the train. The staff were efficient and polite. I was able to have a technical problem solved quickly. However, the room configuration was inconvenient. Light switches were not within reach from the bed. You will need to get out of bed to turn on or off the lights. Additionally, the using of electric kettle was not at the kitchenette as there was no power outlet there. Housekeeping was mostly thorough and done by 2pm. Overall I would still stay at this hotel given the price point and easy access to public transportation.

International business hotel that provides all your needs such as 1- Washing Machine : only washer but the dryer can be done at a nearby 24hr self laundry mart (hotel doesn't provide laundry detergent) 2- Electric induction stove : only stove but the cooking utensils can be rented or bought yourself.(ask the hotel for the induction stove knob due it may be removed for safety reasons)

We booked the hotel for 2 nights only. It’s near a train station and there are convenience stores and coffee shops just outside the hotel. The room is super spacious and has a nice view. The bed is BIG and comfortable. Check in and check out was smooth. And the receptionists are very helpful and accommodating.
