The location is perfect. So close to the centre and outside a tram stop. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. It was really affordable.

Good

Stayed with family · For friends and family

Decent hotel in good location let down by poor check in and one rude member of staff, doodling on his pad whilst claiming to be busy and being very rude when challenging. Such a shame as other staff were great. Not sure if there was a special promotion or event going on but lots of small children in hotel at the time, which I think took up some extra staff time
