ワンルームマンションを借り上げて客室にしているようなスタイル。同じスタイルのホテルが同じビルに3軒入っている模様。 部屋はきれいでファミリー向けの感じ。スタッフは最低限のチェックイン受付担当者を雇ってる雰囲気。
