Staff were easy to communicate with and accommodated our requests well. That said, without a car it's hard to get around - Turtle Rock (Melkhii Khad) is several km away, and a shuttle to main attractions would be a great addition. Given the price versus local living costs, I expected better cleanliness. My son's socks turned completely black just from walking on the floor, and I found strands of hair from previous guests in the room. For the price, this fell short. On the plus side, this is a genuine Ger experience with a private bathroom, shower, and air conditioning - well-suited for foreign visitors. The food was also genuinely good, though pricey. Overall: friendly staff, great food, and a comfortable Ger setup, but cleanliness and location need improvement for the price.
