Fantastic 객실 깨끗하고 카운터 체크인 직원분 친절하셨습니다. 맑은날 협재 해변이 보일때 환상적이고 해변까지 걸어서 갈만한 거리에 있어 접근성도 좋습니다.

솔직히 큰기대 안하고 예약했는데 너무 좋았습니다. 일단 청결했습니다. 청소를 꼼꼼히 하신다는게 느껴졌습니다. 비싼 호텔들도 시설은 좋지만 침구나 화장실 방 구석구석들 청소가 잘 안되있거나 먼지들 있는데 여긴 정말 구석구석 깨끗하게 청소하신 느낌이었어요. 그리고 사장님 넘 친절하세요. 저희가 많이 일찍 도착해서 얼리체크인 문의했을때 당일 갑자기 이야기 드려서 현실적으로 안되긴했지만 친절하게 응대해 주시고 최대한 일찍 해주시려 노력하시는 모습이 있어 감사했습니다.
담에 또 협재해수욕장에 오게되면 꼭 재방문 하고싶은 곳입니다.

저희는 바다가 보이는 객실을 예약했고, 리조트 처럼 침실 1개, 거실에 쇼파, 주방에 식탁이 있었어요. 객실은 깨끗했고, 샴푸, 린스, 바디워시, 폼, 일회용 샤워타올까지 다 있어서 좋았어요. 주차장이 작아서 차를 주변 길에 대야해서 그게 불편했어요.

Fantastic The ocean view was amazing. The room was probably the most beautiful room I have ever stayed in. The responsiveness of the hotel staff (via Whatsapp) was above and beyond. They brought requested items to us late at night, refilled things like instant coffee and water generously, and tried to arrange a ride for us when we struggled to book a taxi on a holiday. Just excellent. The only hiccup we experienced was at the very beginning, when we couldn't find anyone at the front desk even though it says 24/7, and the computer in the lobby didn't work. But we just left our suitcases and came back a few hours later, and someone was there. I also note complete lack of furniture in the bedroom -- I had to put stuff on the floor. There was a dresser in the living area, but it was too far, and it had few shelves, so I just made do with the floor. :)

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The place was spotless — so clean that you could literally eat off the floor. It’s perfect for any type of traveler, whether you’re visiting for business, leisure, or just passing through. Families with children will especially appreciate the amount of space and comfort it offers. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend it to everyone!

We received kind service upon check in, we had a car but no where to park, the staff moved his car from his spot so we could park our car. There was a helpful information sheet in prepared in English to assist us with Korean hotel custom and other FAQ. Room was clean with nice polished wooden floors. We had ocean views (if weather was better the sunset would have been nice from this room). Bathroom is a little small but sufficient. Hairdryers is good. Bed is firm, which is what we prefer. One block from the beach with lots of restaurants options near by. Would be happy to stay here again.

One of the best stays in Jeju! Perfect location and this place seems to be well-managed which was very impressive and made our family happy to stay here! If you are looking for a place suitable for either short or long periods in Hyeopjae beach, I strongly recommend this place!! Really loved the stay in Lemain hotel!
