There are a little stain on the sofa and the cupboard door around the kictnet area is a little spoilt but other than that all is good, staff was friendly and room is generally clean. The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and bars nearby if you are looking to enjoy a drink at night. There is also a fairly large Big C supermarket about a 10–15 minute walk away, which is a good alternative if you want to avoid the crowds at Big C Ratchadamri. Overall, a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for it's location and the many dining and nightlife options nearby if you are someone who likes the local vibe and to explore.

Location is a little far from the BTS but it’s ok for us since we Grab around most of the time. Room deco was dated but it was huge n there was even a mini kitchen with sink, stove n microwave. The bathroom’s ventilation n brightness could be improved. There were only 2 small lifts working and u would need to queue up to go up. 7/11 n Starbucks downstairs was a plus point.

Great stay. There was a lift out of order when we stayed, as you use the lift to go everywhere in the hotel this caused us delays each day. The gym and pool were lovely. the staff (Suki) were very kind.
