Hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Room was brand new and well appointed. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful.

More than what was expected!

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were quite nice. They left a nice note in my room. The location is great and within walking distance to the galleries and shops.

Great stay.

I loved this apartment/hotel. It had the feel and services of a hotel but you felt you were living in your own independent apartment. A great location for Vienna within walking distance to most things. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

Beautiful building and suite. Spacious, comfortable and quiet. Very helpful and polite staff. Location just a few minutes from the airport bus stop and other public transport links. Just a 10-15 minute walk to the Opera House and other attractions. Would definitely stay here next time.

The hotel was near to restaurants and shops and easy walking for sightseeing. It was close to public transport. The room was comfy and the kitchenette well stocked with a table to eat at. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again

I can’t say enough good things about our stay here. We stayed three nights at the end of a 10 day trip. Very new, stylish hotel, while keeping the feel of Vienna. Loved the vibe! Super friendly and helpful staff. Quiet but not far to shops, food and transportation. Spacious rooms, great shower. We loved the quiet courtyard. They have on-site laundry facilities. Our favorite thing was the self-service/self-pay snacks and drinks in the lobby that was accessible all hours of the day or night. Note: There is no airport shuttle, but uber is easy from the front door. Highly recommend!

Extraordinary hotel on every level. Staff were delightful and so helpful - they set the tone for the whole stay. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were great. The nightly light show in the courtyard is a must see. From a location perspective it was ideally located near the cathedral and restaurants. We lived everything about this hotel.
