The reception staff was kind only one. - July 16th After the 16th we had issues Parking we were charged 3 days of parking we only parked for 2 days Rooms - not cleaned we requested the room be clean everyday and it was never cleaned (room 910 was only cleaned once) . Returned form our games 4:45pm -(out of the room from 9am-4:14pm all days) - called to get room cleaned after 6:30 ( when we were leaving for dinner) staff told us to leave room asap so staff cold clean since they leave at 5:30pm. I stated NO since we had no where to go and we had to get ready for our dinner meeting. I requested extra towels and other supplies it took the staff over one hour to bring up the supplies. I was actually going to get the supplies when the employee was outside my door. Not sure why he was waiting in the hall. Parking keys did not work had to recode 2 times Rooms smelt musty and fishy.

Hotel rooms and amenities were beautiful, clean and comfortable- nothing really to complain about inside the hotel- but outside a totally different story- dirty and smelly streets, multiple cannabis stores, significant homeless and drug addicts presence that did not make us feel safe… i wish i searched the previous reviews to be aware of it- i would not recommend or stay in this hotel again.

L’hôtel est parfait mais le quartier n’est pas pour les enfants. Beaucoup trop de sans-abris. Moi-même j’étais craintive. C’est dommage car l’hôtel est très bien.

Beautiful room. Didn't anticipate for parking and there

There was a major construction on Friday from 11pm till Saturday 8am in front of the hotel Everyone knows the major construction is always planned! None of us can sleep all night and the noise was crazy. I told the manager you should cancel the booking when you know that construction ! I have a video of it and I will post it if I don’t get refund! The worst experience staying in a hotel.

Very nice hotel in a great location. The pool was a nice way to cool off.

The confort was good

Beautiful lobby and restaurant area. Rooms were modern and spotless. Fabulous gym and pool area. Walking distance to all the important tourist sights. good underground parking with easy access elevators

Very clean. Staff are nice! I think we should check before visiting Ottawa. I felt the location was not safe.

No microwave in roam but everything else was good
