I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sapa. It is conveniently located near many of Sapa's top tourist attractions and recreational areas, making it an ideal place to stay for travelers who want to explore the city.
The staff are also very helpful, courteous, and humble, making guests feel welcome and well taken care of.
Overall, this hotel offers an excellent location and great service. It is definitely worth considering for your stay in Sapa! What makes the experience even better is their thoughtful service. They provide umbrellas for guests to use when it rains, and complimentary beverages are always readily available. You simply need to contact them through WhatsApp if you need paid beverages and they will gladly assist you.

I recommend this hotel since it’s walking distance from sun plaza and town of sapa easily accessible for everything. The staff is accommodating and hospitable plus free breakfast is great the food especially the beef pho taste good.The downside only is when you climb up to reach the hotel but overall it’s excellent and also the view from the hotel.

we booked a 3days 2nights and the stay was amazing. The service was excellent they helped us booked a sleeper bus going back to hanoi because my booking was cancelled and I cannot booked again so I ask them to help us and we’re so happy because they booked us a transport going back to hanoi. Hotel location was quite so if you want to rest well this is highly recommended. The room was huge we are group of 4 . Cleanliness, I will rate it 5star. If I will come back again to sapa definitely I will booked again this hotel.

We had a great time in Sapa. The place is so nice, staffs are friendly and accomodating. Always book with breakfast their food is delicious and perfect for the weather. 10000/10 for the service.

Loved the experience of staying in a cabin like room. It was very spacious and comfortable. The full height glass offers a wonderful view of the mountains and fog. On a clear and sunny day, we were able to see the mountains far in the distance. The breakfast provided was delicious too.
