Absolutely brilliant service. We loved our stay!

A localização é perfeita. Os vidros anti ruídos cumpriram seu papel. Tudo é excelente: cama, chuveiro, roupa de cama, toalhas, secador. Super recomendo. Parabéns a administração do hotel.

Very noisy at night as there is a night club 3 doors up

The staff was very accommodating, check-in was easy and smooth. The room was spacious and well appointed. Very modern and very chic. Within walking distance of many great restaurants and attractions. We will definitely stay at the Old Town Snail the next time we are in Bucharest.

Awesome spot in the middle of all the action of Old Town near restaurants, bars, and our favorite gelato spot. The room was immaculate when we arrived, with nice little luxury adds like an espresso machine and towel warmer. The bed was so incredibly comfy after a long day of travel! Highly recommend this place if you're staying in Bucharest.

This hotel apartment is the best ! We had one with the terrasse and we loved it. It is a wonderful place and we will definitely go back. Up front we read about noice from bars in the evening but it was quite and no probs. The location is great with everything just around. Will highly recommend.

Centrally located in the old town. A clean and modern apartment within walking distance from pubs, clubs, restaurants (so some noise but ear plugs are provided) and attractions. Easily contactable and responsive staff. Would recommend.

Staff were helpful from the moment i booked, the hotel sent me everything i need to know before my stay. I checked in around 11.30pm and again they had everything i need sent to me. Room was spotless and bed was so cosy. I was sent little message every day from them asking did i need anything and with helpful tips and things to do. Wvwn aloud us to hold are bags their with them until 4pm as we were on a later flight. Honestly amazing stay and if i were to come back i would be staying here again. Night clubs- pubs and restaurant a stone throw away from the hotel. Italian restaurant downstair food amazing. 5 star review will deserved.

We loved both of our stays here. Spotless apartment with everything you need, fantastic staff, and great location. I highly recommend these apartments for a visit to Bucharest. If I could give a review of more than five stars, especially for staff, I would not hesitate to do so. Thank you staff at Old Snail for making our time in Bucharest so pleasant.

Had the most incredible stay here, Andrada in particular was super helpful throughout, all the way from booking confirmation to post check out! They were perfect hosts x My friend and I stayed in apartment 7 and the pictures do not do it justice, it was a huge apartment with so much space for our stuff. My friend stayed in the double bedroom and struggled to get up with how comfy the bed was!! the sofa bed was really comfortable too especially with the high quality pillows! The smart tvs were a great addition, perfect to log into your streaming services for a bit of downtime after a full day of exploring! Big props to the coffee machine too, the pods were amazing! In terms of cleanliness I couldnt fault it one bit, everything was spotless from top to bottom. I love how modern and minimalist the whole apartment was, the artwork/photography around the apartment was stunning and every detail throughout was just outstanding. Location was the best of both worlds, right in the middle of Old Town in all of the hustle and bustle of Bucharest, but on a slightly quieter street so wasn’t interrupted by any outdoor noise which was needed! Everything was easy to access to our apartment whether by walking or bus so again couldnt have picked a better place to stay! Thank you so so much to the Old Town Snail Team for the most incredible first trip to Bucharest, I will definitely be back here again!
