Below averageStayed with family · For friends and family
The bar downstairs plays loud music every night until 3-4am.
The hotel is also under major renovation while booking guests. There's no common courtesy as contractors would be making unbearable noise at 8am.
I had to call a few times to let the front desk know about the unpleasant noise from the construction and the bar downstairs.
When I tried to cancel the reservation, they kept citing their no-cancellation policy.

FantasticStayed with kids
Staff is always nice. Helpful. Hotel lobby is still incomplete, but it is well maintained. You can hear music at night, as there is a KTV downstairs. Free parking if you stay at the hotel. 24hr service. Rooms are clean, housekeeping is on point. Fast and efficient, I was in the room when they cleaned once. Nothing stolen, honest hotel. Huge plus is the An Dong market across the street, has anything you want to buy in Vietnam.

Good Room was partially cleaned because I have to ask the staff to vacuum the area rug. The shower drain was backing up.

Everything that this hotel advertised as having was a complete lie. I booked this stay for my honeymoon as it said it had an in house spa, restaurant, gym, etc. Absolutely none of that was the case. It was an unfinished nightmare of a building covered in dust and torn down walls. My room also had a leaking pipe from the ceiling. If I could give this zero stars I would.
