Below averageStayed with partner
Stayed here in May and was pretty disappointed.
Check-in felt cold and rushed. We were handed a packet of papers with almost no explanation, and the rooftop club was mentioned in passing. What wasn’t mentioned was that the you could hear it on the 17th floor two floors below it. We could clearly hear the DJ and music until around midnight both nights of our stay.
The room was also much more basic than expected. No coffee maker, microwave, fridge, or even simple cups. For the price, it felt surprisingly stripped down, while the paid minibar and overpriced snacks were front and center.
The biggest frustration came at checkout when we were charged a $35 resort fee. Only after asking did we learn it included things like breakfast credits, happy hour perks, and transportation services. None of that was explained when we arrived.
Parking was another disappointment. There is no free parking—just a paid lot across the street or valet for about $65 per night.
Overall, the hotel felt more focused on being trendy than providing a comfortable guest experience. Between the noise, lack of amenities, extra fees, and poor communication, I wouldn’t stay here again. If you’re traveling for work, it may be fine. For a vacation, I’d look elsewhere.

FantasticFor business
This is a really nice hotel near the DTC. The staff was very helpful and kind. The restaurant and bar were great, the roof top is really cool tool but was a bit crowded. I ended up hanging out at the bar in the lobby as it was quieter after a long day. The rooms are super clean, comfortable, have great views and are nice for work trips. Would definitely recommend.

The air handler in the unit sounds like a turbine. Your choices are sweat or listen to annon stop super loud motor.
The restaurant is also not good. The rush you out to prepare for next service and the bar closes at 10.

Definitely the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Staff were great, food and drinks were awesome! Accommodating a late check out was so easy and appreciative. Highly recommend it!

Below average I truly felt this was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. First of all, the front desk employee was neither welcoming nor clear in her communication. There also seems to be a serious staff shortage, only one valet attendant & one front desk employee.
There was no one available to help us carry our luggage to the room, despite the fact that we had a child & three suitcases
No one even attempted to help or find someone to assist us with the luggage.
We had to carry everything to the room on our own.
The room was not clean.
I requested several items for the room & only received half of them, items that should honestly already be standard in this type of hotel, such as slippers, especially considering how cold the city is.
I asked housekeeping for a laundry bag, and they brought me trash bags instead, claiming they had no laundry bags available at the moment
The iron I requested for my clothes was dirty & left marks on my shirt
I also requested a dental kit and soap, and the items were delivered in a used a Ziploc bag.
I have never experienced this type of service even at hotels with fewer stars
We were also surprised to receive a message from the hotel stating that valet service completely closes during certain hours, which honestly makes no sense.
Like what about if I needed my car for an emergency or any other reasons !!!
Yes, I deeply regret choosing this hotel, and I was honestly lucky that I only stayed there for one night.

Great Outstanding breakfast/brunch. Given their current staffing levels, hotel should explore reservations. Quiet, well appointed rooms.
