Solo stay

It was great to have breakfast delivered to the room as part of the stay. The location was perfect, walkable to all parts of downtown that you would want to see. Easy to grab train and bus to get to airport.

I also stayed at the Loft back in 2025. Back then breakfast was not included but there was a great espresso machine and pods free for use. This year, the Loft now offers breakfast to your room but now you have to pay for each pod about $5 each. Ridiculous! And the breakfast was a basket of bread (heavy on the carbs) slices of cheese and ham and salami. juice and coffee. It was an OK breakfast (a hard boiled egg would have been nice). I would have been happier having the use of a free espresso machine and going to one of the many venues in the neighborhood for breakfast. But I do like the location and the funky decor in the rooms.

Fantastic

Solo stay

The room had everything I needed, lots of space to put your clothing and bags. They even organised a take out breakfast for me as I had an early flight. Special thanks to the young lady who spoke really good English ( I would say with an American accent?) was very helpful with my questions.

Liked the hotel and the staff. Easy walk to restaurants and the metro. However, room lacked a comfortable desk, and lobby area is just two chairs. Hotel could use with a desk area in room or in common area. Would consider again in any future visit to Santiago. LuF

Hotel is not well maintained. Staff is not friendly. Rooms are dark. Some pictures on Travelocity are not of this hotel, they are from another sommelier hotel that seems much nicer. Very noisy. Couldn't sleep. Left hotel after 1 night. Nothing good to say about this hotel. Wasted my money. Had to book another hotel, staff didn't care.
