It is very new and clean. The receptionist were courteous and friendly. It is absolutely a good location with carpark and busstop just at the doorstep to hop on the hib with 2 stops to reach Habourfront MRT.

Stayed a few times before, will appreciate if the staffs at level 5 can close the door less loudly when they are doing their trolleys works. Room is all good except there is no mini fridge.

Room was spotless and pillows provided are comfortable, although the bed is a bit too firm and could do with a mattress topper. Size of room is quite small, might not be suitable for travellers with heavy luggage Staff are friendly and will always greet you with a smile

Stayed at Hotel Park Faber for a short staycation. Check-in was fast, and the room was clean and surprisingly spacious for a solo traveller. I can understand why some past reviews said it's small - there is not much space to open 2 luggages otherwise. The location is convenient, especially being near VivoCity. The pool was also a highlight, very quiet and I had it to myself for about an hour. However, there were a few frustrations. I was told beforehand that GrabFood could be delivered to the room by the reception, but on the day, staff said it wasn’t allowed for food hygeine reasons, unless I was unwell. I had to go down to collect it, and it was left on a lounge table in the cold air. It would be good if there was a dedicated shelf for food collection. Pillows were too firm for me, and the aircon was hard to adjust comfortably. My sleep quality wasn't the greatest as a result. Overall, a decent stay for a short break, but service consistency and comfort could be improved.
