Below average
We purposely went to enjoy the wave pool but it was shut down the whole weekend! No service cleaning at all! They didn’t even pick up the phone, not once. Wasted time and money! Wish we could get a refund

Below average
We checked in early and waited out by the pool. They say they would text us when the room was ready. 5 hours later..no text. It was well past check in time. Went inside.. didn't have a reason for no communication. Gave us a dirty room. Had to complain to get another room. Very unorganized. Said they would comp us parking only.

Fantastic
I really enjoyed how lovely the over all experience was. The resort is beautiful, well taken care of, and all of the staff we encountered were very friendly. Amazing dining options as well as great shows. We only left the resort to go to Allegiant stadium, and went for a walk to Luxor/Excalibur. Everything we needed was right on the resort. Looking forward to staying again!

Check in was a nightmare. Had 2 rooms reserved . One was ready right away (checked in at noon ) . Did not get the 2nd room till 9:30 that night. And that was after 3 trips down to the front desk. They were very understaffed . Food was just OK at everyplace we tried from expensive to moderate places on property. Except for the pool food . The pool beach gazebo was a hit. So glad we rented it on the 1st day . The west lagoon cabana that we rented the 2nd day had no cross ventilation . It was too hot to sit inside & defeated the purpose . The service was great at both locations & the food surprising good. Except for the cheese quesadilla. About 1/2 lb of cheese per slice. Not joking. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Good sound proofing and really did not hear planes ( hotel somewhat close to the airport ) or hallway noise. Not sure I would stay again.

Fantastic
Loved the room, bath area and the helpful Bell attendant. Kudos. Easy check in and easy check out. Just terrific. Easy and fast access to the Allegiant stadium. My wife wanted more gift shops around the casino area.
