A very nice hotel located in the busy Din Daeng area. Rama IV metro station is right outside of the hotel that takes you to places like Jodds Fair, Chatuchak Market and Chinatown.

We arrived late at night for check-in and Anne was very nice and accommodating to give us an upgrade with a cool view of the city. The upgraded room had modern room with washroom that was tidy and clean. Breakfast was housed in a fancy dining area with food mostly being Chinese options and bread. There is also a coffee making machine to request for coffee. Own, the bellhopper was super nice and friendly helping us retrieve our luggages and he also showed us available tour packages. For the price and service, I would recommend staying at the hotel. You can easily visit Central Rama 9 via the underground train passageway without crossing the big street until 11 PM and there is Jodd Fair with plenty of food options.

On the first night we check in late around 9pm the room was smelly we open the window to air the room and close it after 10 minutes. We were too tired to report the issues. On second night we discovered the room has no air con. I reported to the receptionist and immediately they send a technician to check. He says the air con is not working hence he contacted the help desk and report the problem immediately they change our room to a higher floor and better facilities. They were quick and fast response although it was almost 11.20pm. the staff service was really excellent.
