The room is empty, no iron , a small piece of soap and very small bottle of shampoo , there’s no reception and no one to help you with baggage, the lift is small and old , the room is small But it’s very close to the train station

Very nice room. Only problem was that the shower temperature fluctuated quite a bit, even after running for 8-10 minutes. Otherwise very good.

The hotel is in a great location and is very convenient to Milan Central Station. However, the room is very compact and barely has enough space for luggage.

Very helpful staff. Clearly cared about their guests. Room was clean and air conditioned. Nice selection of breakfast items. Convenient to both the Milan Central station and the metro. Would definitely stay again.

Great accomidation. Central and handy for all access points getting around. Clean and tidy. Helped us with upgrade to help with our luggage, and very helpful with a later check out. Staff were great and very helpful. Will be back again next time!!

The place is walking distance to Milano Central, felt safe to walk around. Bathroom sink was too small that when used water is all over the floor. No where to hung towels, used same small bar soap for the 4 nights stay. The place was very good still.
