I enjoyed the stay, the room was amazing and the view of the creek was beautiful. The original room that I booked had a strange knocking sounds on multiple areas of the roof but as I explained this to the staff, they kindly offered an amazing alternative which was a huge upgrade at no further cost, now that is a true problem solving+ retain customer's satisfaction and loyalty. I would like to thank all the staff who contributed in this wonderfull stay. Areas of possible improvment: 1- increasing in-room dining items with re affairming the food presentation, quality and so on.. 2- the lobby sometimes gets very crowded and no place to sit , it would be great to open the club house to obsorbe some of the crowed or multible sitting places with coffee, drinks and snacks.

Absolutely everything from the moment we arrived was absolutely perfect. The nicest staff in every department, super clean rooms and delicious food. Thank you!

At check in, it was a very pleasant experience, Qusais, I think , very friendly, very professional, offered to show us 2 rooms so my wife could see which Jen she preferred, which was a water view on 10th floor. Breakfast staff next morning were very courteous, and it was a lively day, we sat overlooking the creek, relaxed breakfast. Coffee shop next for a couple of meetings which was all positive, followed by a run to the airport with a friendly snails from Dhan and Matia. New Hirel, with staff who care.

Very bad experience for a 5 stars Hotel. Especially the Address. I booked a suite for 7 nights with city views and requested creek view suite with ample time prior to my arrival. Someone called later saying that they cannot offer a free upgrade to creek view since they don't have any available suites. However, less than 48 hours later i started receiving calls telling me i have to pay 4000 dirhams for the creek view to which I obviously refused. Kept harrasing me with calls till my arrival. I arrived at my room and noticed a big booger on the wall and the room where verall was not clean. Bathromms ropes were litteraly yellow. Called the front desk and they sent the "cleaning manager". He explained how sorry he was and offered the same room at a different floor. Turned out the room was a slight improvement over the first one but i had a family so I didn't bother to ask again. Two days later the bathromm door got stuck shut so i had to ask them for another room which they offered. The worst part is the lounge employees. Terrible. Very slow and they would look at you all the time but offer no help. And the breakfast buffet was a little better but still i swear these people had never had any proper training. Very bad service and hospitality. The only redeeming part was the vallet guys and the porters. Will never come back again.
