front desk staff was super helpful n friendly, the room only have toothpaste and toothbrush, but if u need more amenities, simply scan the qr code n order, user friendly n save lots of time. overall a pleasant experience.

East hotel has a modern clean feel to it and u love how the room has refillable water. The walls are red but somehow it doesn’t feel gaudy. One minor complaint is how the shower floor is tilted at an angle so it doesn’t drain properly

Overall experience was great! Friendly staff at the reception and they were very kind and helpful to accommodate our late check-out request. Just a few things though - we found hair inside our toilet bowl and on the bathroom floor. The room was a bit stuffy and hot even though we already adjusted the temperature to 18.5 degrees (lowest temp) and on high fan! Not sure if it was the ventilation’s problem. Switches are not too user-friendly, especially the master switch (need to switch this on if you also want lights on inside the bathroom, which makes it inconvenient if we want to use the toilet during midnight). A separate switch for the bathroom would be nice. Also, a hskp lady knocked on our door at night and gave us a tube of red wine. We weren’t sure if this was part of the hotel’s complimentary amenities so we asked the lady but she responded in a very quick manner saying that ‘Hi, it’s from the hotel ok? Byebye’…we just felt a bit awkward given she seemed in a hurry to go.

the hotel is modern, clean and so chic. there is a bridge connecting to the mall which is perfect. it’s just a big of a ride of going to central area

We had a fantastic stay at EAST Hong Kong! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our experience seamless and enjoyable. The amenities were top-notch—the swimming pool was amazing, providing a relaxing escape with a great atmosphere, and the gym was very well-equipped, perfect for a workout. Everything was thoughtfully maintained to ensure guests have a great experience. Overall, EAST Hong Kong exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable stay with excellent service and facilities. We’ll definitely be back!
