This property needs a major cleanup. For them to do is cleanup then we can maintenance and other things one of the worst experience to stay here. I will never go there.

Stayed with family

I booked 2 nights for my father-in-law through Expedia & then paid cash for another 2 nights. My father-in-law ended up passing at the hotel & I asked for the money back for the remaining 2 days to go towards helping us with the funeral as we just finished with my husband’s grandmother 2 weeks ago. They said they would follow up. They didn’t and when I called they just gave a flat no & said there is a no refund policy. Nothing is black & white. Have some compassion. Not impressed at all.

No internet, no TV no restaurant, no breakfast, pool , yard, office area, cigarette butts, needs through cleaning, yard , change ironing boards, no ac remote found one on request, manager doesn't know much of the about hospitality, needs grooming.
