Good location, walkable to everything we wanted to do in Luzern. Staff was not familiar with local festivals or boat timings. Room was basic to say the least. Cheap furniture. You will be paying for location and basically to sleep and park your bags in the day. Not the kind of place you would want to hang out at or relax.

The location is great, and staff was very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was also very good. However the rooms are pretty simple, almost like a dorm room, and the bathrooms need some upgrades. Its just a place to rest your head. If you want a hotel room to relax in after a long day, this is not it.
