A great stay! perfect location right above subway station exit 2, clean and quite spacious room, fast checkin and checkout, basement has coffee shops and supermarket. the downsides are the room is quite old, so no USB charger and very few ports. they also don’t provide toothpaste and toothbrush.

the hotel is good with breakfast included for the price it’s pretty decent. walking distance for the places of attractions. The street to get to the main road was kind of creepy but Korea is a safe country overall is a good deal.

This is my second stay and I absolutely love it. From customer service to room cleanliness and location. I recommend this hotel. There are near convenience store, two olive youngs , subway station and currency exchange machine at the GF

Having frequented this hotel for 10 years, I am always impressed by their consistency. The airport access is effortless, and the proximity to the shopping mall and theater is a major advantage. While the staff are excellent, I have docked one star for cleanliness issues (hairs found in the room) and a breakfast buffet that has become somewhat average compared to the exceptional standard they used to set. That said, the overall experience remains very strong, and I appreciate their ability to maintain such a high level of service over the last decade.

ALL STAFFS WERE AMAZING! Each has a cheerful smile anytime of the day. They are so proactive that when I step in the door, they'd walk out of their room/counter to assist or even just to smile at you or press the lift for you so that the lift reaches by the time you walk to it. Splendid and Warm 5* Service from an unassuming 3* Hotel.
