Can I amend my hotel booking?

Hotel bookings made on Klook cannot be amended.

Please check the "Terms & Conditions > Cancellation Policy" section of your voucher for more information on whether your booking is eligible to be cancelled and refunded or not.

Scenario 1: If your booking is still eligible for free cancellation and a refund, you can simply cancel your booking and make another booking with your desired booking date.

Scenario 2: If your booking is not eligible for free cancellation and a refund, no amendments or cancellations can be made for your activity.
