Why can't I find the mainland China train route I'd like to book?
This may be due to one of the following reasons:
- The train is full
- Your train route is not yet available for booking
- Your train route is temporarily closed due to maintenance work
- Your desired train journey might contain train changes/transits; the system is designed to filter out any routes that require transits, and offer the most direct route
