How do I use the No-show Refund?

You can make a No-show Refund claim when (a) the free cancellation window has passed, and (b) up to your intended participation date.

  1. Go to the Account page and select “Bookings”, where you can find your booking with the No-show Refund upgrade
  2. Under Booking details, find your Upgrade details and select “Claim”
  3. Fill up the Claims form and submit!

Once the above steps are completed, please give our team around 14 working days to assess and finalise your claim.
