it was amazing experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Hop-On Hop-Off Experience in Dublin! We had a wonderful experience with the Big Bus Dublin 24-hour tour. We booked our tickets through Klook, and the entire booking process was smooth, simple, and hassle-free. The buses were clean, comfortable, and operated on time, making it very easy to explore the city at our own pace. The route covered all the major attractions, and the audio commentary was informative, engaging, and full of interesting facts about Dublin's history and culture. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always ready to help. This tour is an excellent way for first-time visitors to see the best of Dublin without any hassle. It offers great value for money, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ireland. Thank you, Big Bus Dublin and Klook, for making our visit so enjoyable and memorable!

great experience! this is a must do

This is awful! After all that, the staff at the store said they couldn't process it, even when I provided both a printed copy and a mobile barcode. My order confirmation said to present the voucher to redeem physical tickets. I asked who I assume was the manager, but they said my format was different and told me to try another redemption point (after almost a 20-minute walk). But that place was the same! Ugh! So I had to walk to yet another place that a staff member suggested. I asked him if he was sure someone could help me there, and he said no problem. Then he quickly walked me to the place he navigated me to. By this point, I had probably walked around most of Dublin's downtown area. I asked a young woman who was promoting the bus tours in front of a bus, and she said it was unbelievable. She took me back to the redemption place. No! She looked annoyed but said it was okay, and we'd go to the next one. I was actually about to give up, but she got so angry that she walked faster and faster until we got back to the first place where I couldn't get it sorted. But somehow, that young woman had some kind of powerful presence and insisted they give me 2 physical cards. They finally gave them to me. After leaving, I hugged that young woman and thanked her. I needed to get on the bus and rest. Is this a problem with Klook or the redemption point, or is there a communication issue with their operations? Has anyone else experienced the same situation as me and can share?
