I really liked the tour because aside from sightseeing, it also tells a story of how Singapore came to be what it is now. You'll also get to see how diverse Singapore is not only in terms of culture but also architectural-wise.
On top of that, Fred, our tour guide also made sure to check in on everyone from time to time, so you wouldn't feel like an outsider who's simply joining a tour --it was very welcoming and inclusive.
I highly recommend booking this tour if you're like me who doesn't have the capacity to plan trips ahead and doesn't know where to go or what to see. This should be a great starting point!
Jeff was an enthusiastic and highly knowledgeable local guide. He was able to articulate the historical events of pre-Singapore history very well and the relevance today. Includes local lingo and nuances👍 It was a nice chill fun morning.
The bicycles provided were extremely smooth to ride on & easy to manoeuvre in CBD & also in the small streets of Chinatown and Little India.
Bicycle tour started at 9am and ended about 1pm (start and end at Nicoll Highway MRT area). Highly recommend for both tourists and locals who can ride a bicycle 😀🚴♂️🚴♀️
Great way to see Singapore and ride (literally) through Singapore's history. Thoughtfully designed bike tour. It started out with easy routes to allow some of us (like me) to get used to the bikes; which were available for us, and well maintained and easy to handle. Through the tour, we were taken through various quaint streets as we learnt more about Singapore. Jeff, the tour guide/bike leader was engaging, energetic and humorous. There were stops at scenic points for immersive narrative and perfect picture taking spots. We did our tour in the rain and still enjoyed it tremendously. Great value tour. Highly recommended!
It was a great experienced Bike Tour within a few areas in Singapore. Some of the historical, we read it on our history book, but most of it is not covered in the book. it was eye-opening to some of us. [F1 Race Track, Marina Bay, Civic District, Singapore River, Merlion Park, Chinatown, Little India, CHIJMES, Haji Lane, Kampong Glam]. Many memories have brought me back together with my spouse (who just left us), back when we were in our school days. Took a lot of pictures and will write to share them with our son about it.
It was very challenging to cycle on the Wet Sunday + the human and car traffic at Little India. We make it through with our Tour Guide, Jeff. He kept enforcing us to cycle closely, but it was not because we did not try to catch up, there were really a few obstacles we faced into. This was the first time that I joined the bike tour and cycle out in front of human and car traffic.
Jeff is a great Tour guide you must look for, he is very friendly and answers all questions that you asked. Although the package we signed was 4 hours Tour, Jeff did not Tour exactly for 4 hours. He was so nice and kind to accommodate our request along the way. Eventually, we end our bike tour with an additional of 30 mins 😄
Cycling in the city brings about a different experience. Jeff is an excellent guide! The tour is like a glimpse into Singapore's past; showing how early settlers settled into Singapore in the different areas along the Singapore River. They contributed to the multiracial foundation that Singapore has and continued to build on till now.
Bikes were provided. Jeff even took pictures and sent to us. We even stopped by Little India for a freshly-squeezed Sugarcane juice - treat from Jeff.
Do bring along additional water (there's a pouch in front of the bike to hold) and sunblock/poncho.
Definitely not a tour to miss!
It is a fun and fruitful bike experience. Jeff, the guide, is very knowledgeable about the history of Singapore. There are many stop points where he spends some time to give us a detailed explanation about Singapore’s history. For this 4 Hours Bike Tour, we cycle past F1 Race, Fullerton Bay, Victoria Concert Hall, Merlion, Lao Ba Sai, Chinatown, Little India, Haji Lane, Nicoll Highway.
