We had a very pleasant 4-night stay at Jasmine Grande Residence in Bangkok. The hotel offered a great breakfast every morning, with a good variety to suit different tastes. One of the highlights was definitely the staff – everyone we interacted with was friendly, warm, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained. We especially appreciated the family-friendly environment. One small downside was the laundry service – we found it to be more expensive than expected. Even using the self-service laundry machines ended up costing us nearly 600 baht for clothes worn by our family of four over three days. It would be great if the hotel could consider adjusting the pricing or offering more affordable laundry options for families. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would recommend Jasmine Grande Residence to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay in Bangkok.

Super satisfied! It would be perfect if the washing machine had a drying function instead of a spin function! The room has a smart TV, a coffee machine, and the mattress and quilt are all very comfortable!

This is my second visit! The room is spacious and clean. Four bottles of water are provided daily. There is a free snack bar. What I am most satisfied with is the mattress, which is super comfortable, soft and supportive👍👍👍

we were there during songkran and had an amazing experience! staff were super welcoming & were also dressed in spirit of songkran! gifted us super cute flower necklaces. one downside is that it's ~30min bts from siam but situated in a v convenient area (pharmacy, supermarket, massage & bts right beside it!)
