Currently, there are no self-service machines for collecting tickets. You can only queue at the manual window to exchange for the Express Pass. You need to verify passport or driver's license information to exchange for paper tickets. They just glance at the electronic version. Credit cards are not accepted; they need to see an ID.

The performance includes various stunts, such as trampolines and aerial silks, combined with singing and a simple plot. The actors will pre-select audience members to interact with and join the performance, and each area of the audience also has representative actors who will guide everyone's interaction, creating a very high and lively atmosphere. This time I sat in the third row, which was a great experience, but the arrangement of the seats inside all seems good, and you can clearly watch the performance from any of them.

Most importantly, the Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure is available. The queue for this attraction is too long; even with the express pass, the wait was approximately 40 minutes.

I don't think there's a better place to stay for visiting Universal Studios. Early entry and the shuttle bus are great. It was convenient to have a microwave, bottled water, hot water, coffee, various sauces, spoons, forks, and knives in the lobby on the first floor. You can also save money on meals by using the KFC and Walgreens market in front of the hotel. Highly recommended if your purpose is to ride the attractions. However, the soundproofing isn't very good. ^^ Still, being able to watch Universal movies or animations on TV was great.

This is such a great place; I enjoyed it a lot here. I have been on all the roller coaster rides. The wait time is longer, but if you take the express pass, it is really easy to get in. It was worth the wait; each and every ride was amazing, and I would love to go here again. Everyone should visit here at least once in their life; it is such a beautiful experience.

Already bought a package with the Epic Universe included before buying this ticket, but didn't get enough time to actually see both Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios Florida. So here we are again! We went this time on a Monday and the queue times were significantly less!(way less than Epic Universal fyi). Our favorite ride was Hagrids Motorbike and we waited 2 hours to get on, but was so worth it! Really enjoyed the drone and water show at 8:30pm. These parks though need to be better with temperature regulation at night time. We don't need AC on after 7pm as it becomes very cold waiting in lines inside. Also please provide more seating for people in lines waiting longer than an hour.
