Nana, our tour guide, was incredibly energetic and her vibrant personality made the day trip enjoyable, even with the rain. She shared trip details via WhatsApp in advance, making it effortless to find the van at the pickup point.

What a great way to start our trip seeing the lovely and cute elephants especially Ellie ๐the entire group enjoyed the encounter especially the feeding time. itโs extremely hot and humid during the hike and itโs nice that we can soak afterwards to a nearby small waterfall.

Great trip with Matthew, our knowledgeable and cheerful guide, and his gentle driving partner. The ride is also very comfortable as they ensure vans are not packed like sardines; ours had 7 in a van for 10. The team even made additional effort to provide me with separate vegan food. The waterfalls were breathtaking, hill tribe village offered unforgettable experience, and the Thai hospitality shines bright throughout. My only gripe is the van arrived late during pickup and I waited 1h+ with no visibility on the driver/tour group. Would have preferred WA update or some sort in advance.

our guide Thananat keep up updated and accomodated us with all our needs. it was one of my favorite tour in Chiang Mai. though it was raining he keeps us feel safe. and they gave us each of a mango sticky rice from Trip Guru and a sustainable water.

It was an amazing experience, especially for me who love nature and peacefulness. Even though it was raining that day, it was so much fun. The whole group of people had a good time meeting up. Our guide Nana is so helpful, kind and funny with her stories. I recommend her and this full day tour up in the mountain ! ๐

a fantastic experience. The transport came exactly on time, very efficient and was on the road for 8:30 am. the trip to the elephant sanctuary was smooth and a brief stop half way to collect ingredients for lunch. The guides were super informative and educational, and were overall a great laugh. Seeing the elephants you can tell theyโre greatly cared for an live a great life. Lunch was delicious and facilities were clean. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit a elephant sanctuary in Chiang Mai.
