This is an absolute must try experience in Phong Nha! The coaster was comfortable, and our tour guide Andy truly elevated the entire trip. His great sense of humor and stories about Phong Nha kept everyone entertained and engaged throughout the day. He made sure each guest felt well taken care of. Lunch was a surprise! Very generous in portion and thoughtfully prepared with vegetarian options available. As for the caves, absolutely breathtaking! We were given plenty of time to explore and enjoy the natural beauty without feeling rushed. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phong Nha!

That was a great experience. 1. company contacted me in WhatsApp in advance days before the tour. 2. Tour guide called me personally to inform me about exact time of pickup. 3. Tour guide went into the lobby personally to pick us up, so i didn't have to look for right vehicle and couldn'tbe confused. 4. Tour guide has great English. 5. Tour guide made great literally third part from the whole experience. Very informative, nit to much talking, not boring, great guest connection. 5. The caves itself is unbelievable great! 10000 times recommend!!! I don't think any caves would surprise me after what I have seen today. Dark cave is great muddy experience too. Didn't expect that fun! some NOTES: 1. u need to have bikini or sweater. 2. part of the Dark cave experience is zip-line: not allowed for weight under 40kg and over 90kg. 3. Dark cave is pretty dark (obviously) and would not recommend for claustrophobic. 4. Dark cave experience is going through water and bit coldish than the sea

Jungle Boss were great for the entire tour. The experience of exploring the dark caves and wet caves was great, as was camping by the lake. A really fun experience

Thank you Jungle boss for this amazing experience. I love the guides effort for pictures and videos. The hiking itself is quite hard as you mostly walking on sharp (fork) rocks so suitable for semi-fit people with good balance. While Hung cave was nothing special, Thung cave was absolutely gorgeous with the best looking pool chamber I have ever seen and I have explored over 30 caves. The only complain I have is that they have run out of shoes (43) and I couldn't borrow this size. Please order more shoes. Also big thanks to the team as they rescheduled my travel by two days due to food poisoning. Be careful. :) Might be back next year for a different cave tour. Cheers.

Really challenging but extremely rewarding experience. Not only do u get to marvel at the beauty of the monstrous caves, there's also plenty of cave activities over the 3 days period such as cave swimming, cave abseiling, rock scrambling etc. Guides took really good care of me and everyone treated me like family. Take note this is an extensive trek over difficult terrain so it's not recommended for casual hikers.

Allthough only one day, the tour was exceptionally good. Each stop was between 1-2 hours, yet was packed with content and intruige. The young tour guide Hao was kind, informative and he genuinely cared to give the group a nice day. I will definitely be going back to Ninh Binh to explore the area more thoroughly as it is an exotic and unique paradise. Thanks and highly recommended.

I would personally recommend this trip to Ninh Binh: Hoa Lu-Trang An-Mua Cave. Mr. Binh, the tour guide and coordinator, is very effective and accommodating starting pre-trip preparation up to the end of the tour. He really knows his craft and speaks English clearly. We appreciate the trivias and narration of Vietnamese history. While there's a slight change in the itinerary of this trip due to unavailability of bicycles for the first place to visit, it still went very well. The bamboo boat lake ride is remarkable and something to look forward too. It is best to book this trip during this period, as the weather is fair. My family and I enjoyed and are satisfied with this trip. Thank you.
