It is worth experiencing. It is unforgettable to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the glacier from the helicopter and walk carefully on the glacier. The staff explained the process very carefully. There are windbreakers, waterproof pants, and hiking boots, but you must also keep yourself warm.

Fox Glacier Hike. After watching a video and changing clothes before the trip, you will take a helicopter to the glacier. It will not be very cold on the glacier. Be careful when walking, as the ice is slippery.

fantastic experience, the hike is at a manageable pace for 50+yo eventhough is ~3 hrs+ hike. But if you have weak knee or ankle then need to reconsider this cause need to go thru lot of icy steps. The glacier is very interesting and stunning. Our guide- Flava is also very informative and helpful. This is definitely one of the best activities I have ever joined.

### Five-Star Review for Fox Glacier Helicopter Hike ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the most incredible experience hiking on Fox Glacier, and I can't thank our tour guide, Keelee, enough for making it unforgettable! From the moment we boarded the helicopter, the breathtaking views left us in awe. Keelee's enthusiasm was infectious as she pointed out stunning landscapes and explained the geology of the area. The flight was smooth, and the perspective from above truly showcased the majestic beauty of the glacier. Once we landed, Keelee led us on a hike that was both exhilarating and informative. She expertly navigated the ice, ensuring we were safe while sharing fascinating insights about the glacier's formation and the surrounding environment. Her passion for the landscape was evident, and it made the experience even more engaging. The small group size allowed for a personalized experience, and Keelee was attentive to everyone's needs, making sure we all felt comfortable and included. The photo opportunities were endless, and her tips on capturing the best shots were invaluable. Overall, this was a once-in-a-lifetime adventure that exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend the Fox Glacier helicopter hike, especially with Keelee as your guide.

The most recommended activity during the entire New Zealand trip! ! ! ! You must participate. It is recommended to reserve two days of buffer time because the event may be cancelled at any time. I signed up for the 10:30 group, and the previous 9:30 group was cancelled, but the previous 8:30 group was successfully admitted.

Team leader Rob attaches great importance to everyone's safety and introduces the knowledge and terrain related to the glacier in detail. He also helps everyone find ice caves and places to take photos along the way. The round-trip helicopter + glacier hiking experience is very worthwhile, but the price is not cheap!
