Unexpected Change, Wonderful Experience! My Halong Bay trip started with a small surprise when I was informed that the La Casta cruise was fully booked. However, the communication from the Klook agent was swift and helpful. They suggested the Grandeur Cruise as an alternative, which included the Route 2 itinerary (Titop Island & Sung Sot Cave) and an upgrade to an executive room at no extra cost—a great value! I am so glad I agreed! The Grandeur Cruise was fantastic. The itinerary was well-paced, and we participated in all the activities. The standout was our cruise manager, Peter, who went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt welcome and had all their questions answered. He truly elevated the experience. Thank you to the team for a smooth process and a memorable journey!

This trip was excellent. We saw some beautiful parts of lan ha bay. The english speaking guide and all the staff was really nice and helpful. Kayak activity was really nice, we saw wild monkeys. Food was delicious. Best value for money.

To be honest, this was my first time booking a travel experience on Klook, so I was quite nervous, However, the moment we boarded, we knew this would be a wonderful trip. The boat is beautiful, the cabins are clean and comfortable. we an absolutely amazing two days and one night. We had so much fun: kayaking, beachcombing, exploring caves, and collecting shells; cycling through the jungle feeling the breeze; playing in the jacuzzi; swimming in the sea; and night fishing The sound system on board was also excellent—we sang our hearts out for a long time after dinner. The scenery along the way was picturesque. At night, the boat anchored in a calm, tranquil bay, allowing us to sleep very deeply and soundly. The tour guide was very enthusiastic and patient, and all the crew members were extremely friendly. Overall, it was a truly unforgettable, relaxing, and joyful journey for our entire family. This boat is especially suitable for travelers who enjoy peace and relaxation

even we were transfer to sea star cruise. we were very satisfied by there accommodating staff. very hospitable people. very nice foods from breakfast to dinner. there rooms are with balcony very quiet comfortable bed. you won’t regret staying for 3 days 2 nyts in this cruise ships. very wonderful experience.

the experience was great! We had 3 days and 2 nights cruise, in the second day we did a different day tour with another cruise. Staff are great, cruise manager and all crew, made us feel very welcome. Bad points: the cruises have a bad smell of diesel and you can see oil in the water during kayaking and rubbish, what’s sad. Overall, was a great experience with Amanda Cruises.

Everything was perfect. The guide was super friendly. Although we were the only non-veitnamese people on the board but he made sure to explain everything to us in english. the itenerary was perfect and we'll managed. It's a great value for money

I really enjoyed staying on this cruise for 2 days. You have much more time to relax and enjoy it. One day is otherwise super packed with all kinds of activities. The rooms are big, comfy and the big baththub to enjoy the sunset is perfect. It is expensive though, but at the end I regret nothing. Worth doing once in your live 👍
