Con Phung Island tours

Days before the tour, Elbiee coordinated with me on WhatsApp, confirming the date, pick up location, how many people etc. They even sent links of the other tours they offer. They remind us everyday which is very thoughtful. The night before, they informed who will be our tour guide (Ms. Yu). On the day, we were picked up at our hotel and Ms Yu was amazing. She always explains what we’ll do, where we’ll go, what time is the meet up etc. I am very touched and grateful because she always tells us to check our belongings before we leave and I really appreciated that. The tour was perfect, the time allotted, the places, the history, and most importantly, the FREEBIES. Our day was perfect. I almost forgot the best part, OUR CAR SEATS ARE MASSAGE SEATS. REALLY REALLY COOL. I definitely recommend 101%!!!!!

Our tour guide, Thao, was enthusiastic and gave us a detailed tour of each of the places we visited. He also gave us quizzes about Vietnam and Japan, and prepared panels to help us visualize the places. He answered our questions politely and kindly, and we had a very enjoyable and meaningful time. The engine noise on the boat is loud, so it would be better if there was a microphone for the tour. The driver was also a very considerate and wonderful person. Thank you very much.

He is an amazing tour guide and be ready to hear him sing in different languages. Food were great and all the people we got to interact with. Säigön’s culture is rich and I will definitely come back and explore more of Vietnam’s astonishing cities/provinces.

This tour was amazing and I’m so glad we booked it. Our guide Trew was so helpful, very informative and kind. It’s packed with activities and it’s true value for money. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel timely. Our driver An was also nice. We went on 3 different boats and had a nice big Vietnamese lunch. Worth it!

Enjoyed out cruise around Ha Long Bay. Pick up and drop off experience was good. Oliver, our tour guide, was great at orienting us on what to expect before every stop. The boat is very nice and amenities were clean, which I'm happy about! Buffet was good too. We went on a Sunday so there's a lot of crowds in Ha Long Bay, but the tour overall was well managed. Appreicated the staff's effort to make the trip memorable for us.

my husband and I was really having fun. we did really enjoy the tour specially the cat cat village . I am very thankful to our tourist guide Mrs Khu she is very patient and friendly she was always there to assist us and even give us a extra time to experience the costumes renting in cat cat village, she is always there to give us a hand and even help us to find the cheapest rental place because of her and her communication skills were not only visiting the place but we did deeply understand their culture I will highly recommend her and this tour this is ten out of ten experience 🤝🤝

very good tour!! pick up was from the hotel directly and the mini luxury bus was also very comfortable!! the cycling was fun, the guide knew her stuff and was sweet and funny too! good English as well which was very nice as it became easier to communicate! lunch was delicious and so filling too! over all itinerary was good and the boat ride was uh-mazing but as the sun was out shining beautifully it felt a little bit longer even though the views were stunning! would recommend for sure

Beautiful scenery made better with our wonderful tour guide, Tea! He was very informative and told us the history of each place with great detail and excitement that made it super entertaining. Would definitely recommend.
