This is a lovely hotel. The property is spacious, beautifully proportioned, and has a natural feel. There's a mountain view from the pool, and the decor is Isan-style. The rooms are large and there's an EV charger. I was very impressed with the breakfast. There's a wide variety of options, including Isan sausage, sticky rice with grilled pork, and mini coconut pancakes (you can make them yourself). I really liked it! The staff are cheerful and the service is excellent. Highly recommended.

this private car charter is truly worth it. the driver picked ua up from the airport, brought us to great attractions, and dropped us off at the hotel for check in. subsequently he picked us up from the hotel each day and took us to beautiful attractions, ending the day with dinner before sending us back to the hotel. we were very lucky to have Pak Ngo as our driver. he is extremely friendly and helpful, recommending many excellent restaurants and advising us on the trip itenerary. thanks to Ngo's assistance and guidance, we had a worry free and enjoyable trip in Khao Yai

It was an awesome place to relax! However, the staff were no5 helpful at all when we enquire how to get there by public transport. It was past 7pm and grab car is no longer available. We chat with the hotel if they have service car to pick up us from Pak Chong bus station. They only replied they don't know, that I can email the department in charge, we did but no reply. We are too exhausted that night, very tired from our flight, travel for 3 hours. Good thing our private service car on the following day helped us and contacted a friend who can pick us to the hotel. Upon reaching the hotel we saw a flyer - car service with a different fees. Meaning, they do have car services. How come the staff didn't know about it or inform us??!!

Highly recommend to book your trip through TTD Global. Amazing customer service team, especially Hanna whom has planned our itinerary and given us more suggestion where to go. Our driver, Mr Dang was superb, he was very polite and cheerful, making sure our whole trip was safe and enjoyable. Highly recommend to use Mr Dang service!
