A must-see during a trip to Singapore. Because it closes in early September, I managed to visit it at the end of August before returning to Hong Kong. I originally planned to visit the Cloud Forest first, then the Flower Dome. However, it turns out that you must visit the Flower Dome before you can go to the Cloud Forest.

Super convenient, no need to wait in line to buy tickets. It was raining and very crowded on the day we visited. Activity: There was a dinosaur event, which the kids loved. Convenience of booking through Klook: Convenient, no need to queue.

The room we stayed was awesome with an unblocked beautiful view of the Marina Bay from our balcony. On our 1st night, we were pleasantly surprised there were fireworks display across the horizon. And the bed was perfect - the mattress was just the right firmness to have a good sleep to recharge for the next day. The birthday cake for my partner and the complimentary fruits platter were delightful gestures by the hotel which topped the icings to our joyous celebration. During our stay, we also signed up for the complimentary Monument Tour and Maritime Journey Tour. Our tour guide, Mr. Bill, gave us a condensed background history of The Fullerton Hotel, The Fullerton Bay Hotel and their surrounding buildings, and how they are linked to Singapore's progress and development over the years. Highly recommended to join the tour if your itinerary permits so. It was an awesome stay with fond memories. Already looking forward to return to The Fullerton Hotel for our next staycation.

Our guide, Arjun, is excellent. Before we started the trip, he thoroughly explained how to use the equipment, and provided important safety reminders and tips. He also had us practice using the equipment to ensure we were comfortable and using it correctly before we began our adventure. He consistently reminded us of safety tips and also explained the city's rules along the way. This really highlighted why Singapore is known as a 'Fine' city. Additionally, he pointed out interesting features of the scenic spots we passed, and, most importantly, he knew the best locations for taking great photos and is a fantastic photographer himself. When you use this service, be sure to ask him to take pictures of your group!
