it was fun activity after a hike. the hot water soothes the body ache from the hike. the pools and shower area are clean. the staff are nice and helpful.

Stepping into Hell's Gate Geothermal Park in Rotorua felt like entering a prehistoric world. This place is an absolute must-visit! The guided tour, which was nothing short of excellent. Seeing the steaming fumaroles, the boiling mud, and the raw power of the landscape up close was a truly epic experience—nature at its most fierce and beautiful. But the real magic happened afterwards at the mud spa. After exploring the active thermal park, dipping into the geothermal mud baths and sulphur spas was pure heaven. It was superbly refreshing to soak in the warm, nutrient-rich waters while looking out over the misty, unique landscape. What I loved most is how inclusive it is. It really is suitable for all age groups; my whole family, from the elders to the little ones, had a fantastic time. It is the perfect blend of education, adventure, and pure relaxation. If you are in Rotorua, do not miss Hell's Gate. It is an experience for the soul!

suggest to factor 3 hours including checking in, resting between each activity - showering at the end. i went there at 8.45 and start walking in with the staff at about 8.50. i finished showering at the end and walked out for my next itinerary at 11.30. If i had known that i should have factored more times to it, i would have done so. go there early morning like me and you kinda pretty mcuh get the whole space for yourself!

It was wounderful. The guide was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable. The village száll but very nice, it is amazing how warm the grund underground your fent. The corn what we received was so delicious. The haka performance was great and our son loved it very much. We had a wounderful day in the village despite the rainy morning and a sunny warm noon.

This tour was incredibly well organised and the small group size made the experience feel personal and relaxed. Hobbiton was absolutely magical — beautifully maintained and even better in person. Waitomo Glowworm Caves were breathtaking and unlike anything I’ve seen before. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared great insights throughout the day. Transport was comfortable and everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting a memorable and stress-free experience!

Hanoz was our guide. He made the 8 in the group introduced ourselves. I enjoyed the caves mostly. My son loves the geysers. Anyway, I love that they were generous with their bottled drinking water and snacks. Their transport allows you to charge your phones. The ostrich feeding experience was fun.

This is a tour service that picks you up from Auckland and tours Hobbiton and Wai-O-Tapu. The guides, Ark and Sam, are very kind and always approach you first to offer help. There were 14 passengers, and all the seats were full, but the seats were wide and comfortable, so there was no discomfort, and we were so friendly that we said goodbye to each other when we parted. We were the only Koreans, and there was only one other Asian person besides us, but even if you don't speak English very well, the guides Ark and Sam explained the important things several times so that you could understand them, and they told us about the scenery along the way and New Zealand travel tips, which was great. Thank you for leaving us with happy memories. ^^
