I was very satisfied with my massage experience. The shop was clean, comfortable, and had a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The masseuse was professional and attentive, adjusting the pressure according to my needs. During the session, they effectively relieved my long-term neck and shoulder pain, and I felt deeply relaxed, both physically and mentally. The staff were friendly and always checked on my comfort, which made the overall experience even more thoughtful. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would recommend it to friends who need stress relief and relaxation. I look forward to visiting again. One thing to note is that there are two locations, and although they are not far apart, be careful not to go to the wrong one.

Located right next to Hanoi's St. Joseph's Cathedral, it's easy to find and I arrived without getting lost♫ It's a very clean and tidy spa, and above all, the staff are incredibly kind and I was able to receive treatment with peace of mind even though I don't speak much English♡ The therapist's technique was a perfect 100 points!!! It was so comfortable that I fell asleep and woke up startled by my own loud snoring (lol). I even received an eye pillow as a souvenir at the end♡ It's truly a wonderful spa and an oasis in Hanoi!!! Booked the 120 min aroma spa through klook which is about 30% cheaper than booking thru the spa directly. The spa experience is pleasant and cleanliness is great. They would try to upsell you to a more expensive package when you arrive but we did not change to other plans. They serve you a monk fruit tea and candied lotus seeds on arrival and after the massage. Since our massage is 2 hrs it comes with a free meal with salad, main and a dessert. The drink needs to be ordered separately.

On the last day of our trip, my partner and I visited MF Boutique Spa. It was easy to get to from the Old Quarter and had good access, so it was easy to stop by as part of our sightseeing. We chose a course that included a scrub, hot stone massage, and aromatherapy massage, and the contents were quite luxurious. I told them in advance that I wanted a "stronger massage," and they massaged me with just the right amount of pressure, which felt great. The pressure wasn't too light, and I was satisfied until the end. The hot stones warmed me to the core, and I felt like the fatigue of the trip was instantly relieved. The aromatherapy massage was also relaxing, and my body felt much lighter afterward. Even though the content was so thorough, the price was quite reasonable compared to Japan, and I really felt the value for money. I was also happy that I could use the shower after the treatment, so I could wash away the sweat and oil and feel refreshed. I think it's easy to use before returning home or before evening plans. We were able to receive the treatment in the same room as a couple, so it was reassuring even for first-time spa users. I highly recommend this spa for those who want to relax and rest their bodies as a way to end their Hanoi trip.

We saw that there is herbal bath option here, which is rare after observing all the options on Klook and some physical stores in Hanoi. The price was also quite reasonable, we decided to have a herbal bath at this place before our late night train to Sapa as we just arrive Hanoi the same day. We think this is a good place for you to shower/wash up before a sleeper train or sleeper bus. The front desk guy was also really helpful and friendly. At first I was having some issue with the reservation timing on Klook but he slowly and patiently guided me through. He also offered us to dry our hair with their hair dryer after the bath. If you do not want the herbal bath option, they also have a shower option which you can book through rge physical store. Highly recommend getting a shower here before travelling.
