Fantastic 5.0
This was an amazing bus tour of Pisa, Siena and San Gimignano (sans the bad weather). It was raining in San Gimignano and the town seems dead in winter. Most shops were shut. we could have arrived in Pisa earlier. The tour guide Valesca was really knowledgeable and friendly. She was patient with the group and able to crack jokes which made it lighhearted. We loved Siena however the Cathedral tour didnt let us in until 10.30am so we only had a quick few minutes to enjoy the site. We could have missed the wine tasting tour but it was the lunch break so had to be included.

Fantastic 5.0
The tour guide was super humorous and funny, and the driver was also very nice, constantly mentioning that there was WiFi available on the bus. When we got off the bus, he even said "Merry Christmas" and said goodbye to everyone, providing a lot of emotional value. There was plenty of free time, and the time management was just right~

Fantastic 5.0
Tour Guide: Valeska – Absolutely Outstanding! Valeska was the highlight of our tour! She provided enthusiastic and warm service from start to finish. She kindly reminded everyone to use the restroom at every stop and always gave clear, accurate estimates of driving times so we could prepare mentally and physically. She speaks fluent English and Spanish, switching between them seamlessly to make sure every guest in our diverse group understood everything perfectly. She truly took care of everyone’s needs – super attentive and proactive. One tough moment: another passenger was on speakerphone for over 45 minutes, then played loud Instagram videos, making it impossible to rest. I felt desperate and asked Valeska for help – she immediately stepped in politely to explain and ask for consideration. Even though the person didn’t listen, her quick, kind effort meant so much! Valeska is professional, caring, multilingual, and genuinely passionate about making the tour enjoyable for all.

Great 4.0
Please know that you will have to download an external app to contact the tour guide/agency and receive all relevant information. As of the time we went the lunch event was cancelled which was fine for us, but do bear in mind this tour is for people who want to have the freedom to walk around places themselves with as little guidance as possible. Transfers were a little finicky with the restricted transport in both locations, and more guidance on how to find the meetup point would've been appreciated. Still, the guide was professional and we got to everything on time even though the weather wasn't the best.

Fantastic 5.0
One of the most beautiful cathedral visited during a two week trip to Italy. It also has entry to a Library room with books dating back to the 1500's. The art work was simply jaw dropping. A must if you are in Sienna.
