It's located right by the Eiger North Face, but that doesn't really seem to matter much. In the morning, it's often covered in clouds, so you can't really see it, and in the evening, it's too dark to see it. lol. It is convenient having the gondola to Jungfraujoch right next door, though.

great stay despite the bad weather. staff was professional and the garage is very convenient to use. location is best to hop on first cable car so it’s pretty good

Itinerary started with visiting Lauterbrunnen first then Grindelwald and Interlaken later in the evening. Every location had enoigh time to cover the areas. 1hr 45 mins at Lauterbrunnen, 3 hrs at Grindelwald and 1.30hrs at Interlaken. Excellent tour guide (Robert)and the coach was neat. Only feedback to Best of Switzerland Tours AG is, in Grindelwald since most opt for the cable car up the mountain, you can stop the coach for people disembark there instead of making them walk 2km to the Cable car terminal. I understand it is scenic, but aged people who wanted to take the cable car couldnt due to the long walk. Else i definitely recommend this agency who does everything perfectly on time. No delays.

I would like to highlight Isa for her professionalism, friendly, caring spirits towards the team. Isa is a Chinese English speaking tour guide. A great tour guide I ever met so far. I truly understand that taking care for the whole team is not easy, but with her experiences and the approachable attitudes, she wins my heart. You will understand better with her wide knowledges about the Switzerland and the mountains. If you have a opportunity please do not forget about to appoint Isa as your tour leader. Long story short, this package is worthy !

QR code received can be used straight away without exchange to physical ones to ride the cable car to the firstbahn. So save yourself from running once the bus reached. buy the return ticket bc its the best option.

This experience was one of our highlights since it was unfortunately rainy & cloudy on the day we visited Grindelwald! Still beautiful even in the rain 🌧

A very nice private tour. Our guide-driver Mr. Payam was excellent! He gave us very good and timely recommendations. The tour was perfect and we were able to maximize the alloted time. Again, kuddos to Mr. Payam!

we had this tour with our family including 2 kids. thoroughly enjoyed the trip. real highlight of the trip was the tour guide KID. he made tour lively and entertaining.
