the receptionist was nice, attended our needs, able to eat breakfast even late, they accommodated us well, the room is spacious, clean and aesthetic. highly recommended, fair enough for the price and the breakfast is superb. will return if given the chance to be back in seim reap.

We stayed at Hari Hotel and Residences from October 12–15, 2025, and it was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine smiles and warm hospitality. Miss Danu, the amazing front desk officer, truly stood out. She’s always cheerful, kind, and helpful with anything we needed. She made us feel welcome. We were surprised with a free upgrade to beautiful suites, and it exceeded all our expectations — clean, spacious, cool, and incredibly relaxing. The bed was super comfortable, and the room smelled fresh. The hotel’s ambiance is calm and modern, and you can feel that the staff genuinely care about making your stay memorable. Everyone we met was polite, friendly, and attentive. The location was also great. It’s close to the main attractions but still quiet enough for a good night’s rest. I highly recommend HARI Residence and Spa. From the service to the rooms, it deserves 5 stars and more. We’d stay here next time.

My day in Siem Reip is started perfect for the Kamphong Phluk Tour. My pickup was smooth. My tour guide Mr Jack and Driver Mr James Bond is very attentive and helpful during tour. Mr Jack is very funny, informative and spoke very good english-Almost perfect. Love the people, the vibe and the surrounding of Kamphong Phluk. Me and my friend Aqilla did the Mangrove canoe. It was perfect and worth the money. The lady was rowing the canoe is very nice and friendly🥰🤩😍 I will come back again to Cambodia again soon😎💯💞 Guys please book this tour and ask for Mr Jack and Mr James Bond. Everything was just wonderful! Very interesting, beautiful, safe, and fun. I thank the organizers, the guide, and the driver for their excellent work. I have no idea what to do in such a huge ancient temple complex alone, the best idea is to go with a guide. Thank you very much!! Mr. Dara is an excellent guide, the breakfast food was very tasty, and the fresh towels after each stop were so needed! I am very satisfied!

Visiting the Angkor temples was an absolutely unforgettable experience. The temples themselves are breathtaking—rich in history, architecture, and atmosphere—but what truly made the tour special was our guide, Chenda. Chenda was incredibly accommodating and attentive throughout the tour, always making sure everyone was comfortable and engaged. Their explanations were clear, detailed, and easy to follow, bringing the history of Angkor to life in a way that felt both educational and enjoyable. On top of that, Chenda shared so many interesting trivia and lesser-known facts that you wouldn’t find in a guidebook, which made each stop even more fascinating. If you’re planning to visit the Angkor temples, I highly recommend doing it with a knowledgeable and passionate guide like Chenda—it makes all the difference.

it was a fantastic day out from Siem Reap. Guide Dara and driver Sophal took care of the group with great hospitality and conducted themselves professionally. While the itinerary is fully packed, we were on time for our attentions, and having both guided tours and free time planned. We are very happy with our experience and we would highly recommend this tour.

All I want is just to see the archeological site but I got more than that. The heritage tour is an eye opener to Khmer culture, arts and traditions. I went only to Angkor Wat temple and skip the other temples because I've other things to do in the afternoon. BTW, the tour will last till sunset and afterwards they will send you back to your respective hotels the same way they picked each partisans from their accommodations. Kudos to the tour guide who patient explained everything in Angkor Wat. Same with the driver who drove us safely and comfortably to the site. Thanks Klook!
