It’s time to make plans for your Singapoliday! It was announced on 16 September 2020 that every Singaporean above 18 will receive $100 worth of SingapoRediscovers Vouchers (SRV) that you can use from now till 31 December 2021.
Starting 30 August 2021, citizens can also bring their original NRIC to redeem their SRV and book their experiences at our 16 physical counters.
Klook is an authorised booking partner for you to redeem your $100 digital vouchers on hundreds of exciting hotels, attractions, and tours.
Redeem your SingapoRediscovers Vouchers in person at 16 physical locations islandwide
Klook has set up physical booths at 16 Community Centres/Clubs (CCs) islandwide in partnership with UOB Travel Planners. Those who require assistance in redeeming their SRV can head down to these physical locations. All you have to do is locate the booth prominently marked with the SRV banners.
Cash payment will be made available for bookings made in person. Singpass counters are also available at these CCs if you wish to apply for a new account, reset or update your account details. Do kindly remember to bring along your original NRIC for any Singpass queries.
Those who wish to use their NRIC may also visit any of these physical booths with their original NRIC starting 30 August 2021. An authorised SRV ambassador will scan your NRIC using a secure Government mobile application to generate a personal voucher code. Staff from our physical booths with then use the code to assist with the booking of your preferred SRV-eligible product.
Free $10 NTUC Voucher per SingapoRediscovers Vouchers Redemption at physical locations islandwide
Klook & UOB Travel Planners will be offering a free $10 NTUC Voucher for each SRV redemption at the 16 CCs islandwide. This promo starts on 2 August 2021 and is only valid for the first 250 redemptions per location, while stocks last.

Redeem your SingapoRediscovers Vouchers online
You can use your $100 SRV in full or in denominations of $10 to book hundreds of different activities now on Klook. All you have to do is look for those marked with "Eligible for SingapoRediscovers Vouchers".
Look out for the "Eligible for SingapoRediscovers Vouchers" tag to find out which activities you can use your vouchers on
Redeem your SingapoRediscovers Vouchers on Klook with the following steps:
- Step 1: Have your SingPass ready
- Step 2: Browse for your favourite activities on Klook. Eligible activities are marked with the SingapoRediscovers Vouchers icon
- Step 3: Add the activity you want to the shopping cart
- Step 4: When you are ready to pay, click on 'Use SingapoRediscovers Vouchers' at the checkout page
- Step 5: Login using SingPass to choose the amount of SingapoRediscovers Vouchers you want to redeem
- Step 6: Declare details of family member(s) aged below 18 to receive $10 subsidies for up to six child/youth tickets (if you are purchasing child/youth tickets)
- Step 7: Copy the generated SingapoRediscovers Voucher code and paste it on the checkout page
- Step 8: Complete the checkout process within 10 minutes and enjoy your SingapoRediscovers experience
